Project Scope: Currently, the Kelce College of Business is being housed in an old high school located on campus, with low ceiling and no study spaces, the college was years behind where they wanted to be. Posed with a renovation and expansion of the school made for a challenging and exciting design. Through the design process, 40% of the building was demolished making room for a new innovation center, next generation learning environments and large atrium connecting the new and old school.
